A LIFE-SAVING BLOOD DRIVE

This year’s blood drive was a huge success! Carter BloodCare was able to collect over 230 donations of whole blood. This amount broke all previous BCS blood drive records recorded in the past decade! Each donation can impact the lives of three people! Thank you to all our donors for giving the gift of life to our fellow North Texas residents. We look forward to next year’s blood drive!

SAVE THE DATE: KINDERGARTEN COFFEE

OCTOBER 11: PSAT AND ARRIVAL ROUTINE CHANGE

The PSAT is next Wednesday, Oct. 11, in the gym. This event necessitates adjustments in the arrival routine for students in grades K-11.

  • Senior School students (9-11) should arrive no later than 7:45 a.m. and proceed directly to the gym, as the test begins promptly at 8:00. Students, be sure to bring #2 pencils, a calculator (up to a TI-84), and a water bottle. Cell phones must be completely turned off and stored in your backpack in front of the bleachers. Seniors, please go to the cafeteria as usual.
  • Middle school students should proceed to the school cafeteria rather than the gym at arrival.
  • Elementary students will go directly to their classroom.
